Woke up bloody early at 530am, sat in Choo Qi's parents' car to Harbour Front for our ferry ride aboard "Storm Raiders". Sounds like Pirates of The Carribean lol.. Touch down at Harris Hotel sooner than expected. Had to quickly change up and get ready to build house X) i killed myself by wearing jeans coz the place was so freaking muddy. We were split into two group,one in charge of foundation (filling the ground of house with soil) and the other to tie wires to secure the interior of the pillar. My team did the wiring, but tedious and kinda boring but manage to survive till lunch. Was expecting Fish and Chips when i saw the cover of the lunch packet but was pretty disappointed with "cai fan". The food was still passable and surprisingly the meat tasted quite nice. After lunch our group swapped with the other team.I recalled Choo Qi complaining how tough his job was to wheelbarrow the soil. His glove was like quite clean and i was like thinking to myself: Maybe he was slacking haha..
Initially it was fun digging the pile of soil and clay using a hoe ( see picture on right) and filling the wheelbarrow with soil. However the merciless sun did not spare us and attempted to "cook" us. My back hurt pretty much so in between i manage to swap job and transported the wheelbarrow. Although it was tiring, we manage to have our fair share of fun. Xiang Wei was like hurling soil at people to irritate them, that includes me o.0 pretty hilarious to see Cui Wen whack or throw soil at him when he called her "Cui Man" haha.Manage to take pictures of us carrying our tools, sexy men at work lol.. O well Richie is still the man coz he did lots of work. Good work bird ^^
After toiling for hours under the hot sun, all of us became more charcoal. O well Paul looks almost the same still as fair as ever aha.. Finally got to go back to the hotel for our own activities and dinner. The guys headed straight to pool after we reached the hotel. Played "basketball" and "waterpolo" in the water. There were mini goal posts and basketball hoop for us to shoot the ball into. Dunno what had gotten into me but i was exceptionally hyper active and intercepted alot of balls and shot quite a fair bit.. not my usual self though @_@ Was fun to irritate Choo Qi just like how it is shiok to pawn him in Dota lala.. Paul and XiangWei went to borrow table tennis rackets after the swim, Paul was busy pawning the both of us. Lol.. i shouldnt have tried too much fanciful play haha. Dinner wasn't fantastic, had potato salad and some other food that i dun seem to recall. Maybe it wasn't too appetising thats why.. In the middle of the dinner, i heard someone singing birthday song. Was surprised by Yanwen, Zi Xuan and Ming Xiu as they walk to me holding a brownie cake with a candle ;) thx guys for remembering my birthday. After dinner we went to play bowling and pool,it was pretty screwed up for me coz was used to my own ball and i haven played for donkey years.Bah..my score was horrendous.Richie and the others attempted to dunk me into the pool after bowling but Richie drop me down before we reach the pool.Guess he was nice enough coz i din have enuff undie ;)We were suppose to play poker after dinner but everyone started to back out after they had their relaxing shower and had a taste of what it is like to lie on the hotel bed.
